The Best Group Training Experience In Vancouver

The Reach Fitness Training Boot Camp will challenge you; body and mind. Every step and every lift is designed to create a better, stronger body to carry you through your day. We employ a style of boot camp training that creates functional muscle, also known as functional strength training. This type of training will bring your body into balance by improving strength in areas that are easily neglected but extremely important. Ultimately, most of us are not training to be professional athletes or film stars but there is no reason that we can’t strive to build our best body. We deserve that.

At Reach Fitness Training we know that working out can seem like a huge chore. We do our absolute best to make sure that your experience at our boot camp brings you positive results but perhaps more importantly is great fun.

The boot camp sessions (12 sessions) must be used within 6 weeks of your first session. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the trainer.

Location – Boot camps will take place indoors at the Gracie Barra gym. Map

Details – The boot camp takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of every week. Each session is 1 hour long and each boot camp package is 12 sessions.

Time – The boot camps run year round at 6am and 7am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
*Additional boot camp sessions will be implemented early in the new year (2016) -
12pm and 8pm (Monday to Friday) and Saturday mornings (time tbd).

Diet – Be weighed and measured and we’ll give you a professionally designed nutrition plan. 80% of the solution for fat loss is diet!

Progress Report – We’ll document what you can do when you start the boot camp and what you can do 4,8,12…weeks later. The results will make you ecstatic!

What To Bring – Boot campers will need to bring a water bottle and a towel. Also, bring your signed and completed copy of our ‘Liability and PAR-Q’ form.

Pricing – We are happy to offer this service for the low price of $168 + GST.
